1. Out of respect and safety for all of our guests, only registered guests are allowed on the premises. We are fortunate to have numerous restaurants and bars in our neighborhood within walking distance for those of you who have family and friends in the neighborhood.
2. For liability reasons, the pool is reserved for registered guests only. Please refrain from taking your room towels to the pool. Pool towels will be provided.
3. We start serving Breakfast between 7:30 and 8:30 am. The exact time will be determined by a consensus of all guests. Breakfast for additional guests: $25.00 per person.
4. To keep the house as peaceful and quiet as possible, we ask that you refrain from using the television in the second floor sitting room after 10:30 pm.
5. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Please see our Terms and Conditions for additional information on late check out charges.
6. For the safety of our guests, please do not open the door for anyone at anytime. If you hear the doorbell ring, please know that Jordi and I will be there to greet any new guests. All current guests will have their own key.
7. Please remember to lock the door when you leave the house.
